What you'll do

• Carry out transactional work (buy side, sell side, MBOs), including managing the transaction process
• Prepare and review business plans and financial projections
• Conduct financial due diligence
• Prepare and review valuations
• Seek funding for clients, including identifying funders, completing applications, addressing queries, and agreeing on terms
• Write information memorandum documents for potential sales
• Present key information to clients, Business Advisers, and internal staff
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments
• Generate new business leads through networking and industry events
• Pitch for new assignments
• Manage a team

What you'll need

• Be CA or ACCA qualified
• Experience in preparing and reviewing business plans, information memorandums, valuations, and financial projections, as well as due diligence
• Proven experience in Corporate Finance, including M&A, Due Diligence, Valuations, Business Planning and Funding
• Supervisory skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Prior Business development and networking experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge and experience of report writing
• Ability to identify opportunities
