Responsibilities:
Assisting in the month end billing process, raising sales invoices and recording entries on the accounting system.
Processing of purchase ledger entries as required.
Assist in any banking or ad hoc accounts tasks as required.
Supporting the Finance Team with other administrative duties as required.
Attend any training or development course as may be required by the company to assist in the performance of your duties and responsibilities.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
2 or 3 years + experience within an Accounts Department
Exceptional English language skills and telephone manner
Knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload within a busy team
Experience with using accounting software
Experience in entering payments
Vocational learning or diploma educated
Completion of basic accountancy exams is advantageous
