What you’ll be doing:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Analyst dedicated to continuous improvement and unafraid to question established practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing the Group level financial reporting needs and will foster strong working relationships with the broader Finance team and Finance Teams across the company’s business units. This role is crucial as the Group progresses under new leadership, emphasising enhanced and expedited financial reporting capabilities.
Ultimately, you'll be part of a team that plays a key role in shaping the company's performance and contributing to its next growth phase.

What we need you to bring to the business:
Part-qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Previous experience with Power BI is essential
Advanced financial modelling capability
Business partnering experience with excellent communication and presentation skills
Hands-on approach to problem-solving

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
