Our client is one of the BIG4 consulting companies. They are looking to expand their presence in London and are keen to onboard a new Associate Director and Director for their M&A Generalist advisory team.

Key

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage M&A Transactions: Oversee the entire M&A process from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Financial Analysis and Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities in mid-market transactions (£50-500m EV).
  • Transaction Reports and Recommendations: Develop and present detailed transaction reports, including strategic recommendations and financial modeling tailored to general/conventional mid-market businesses.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide customized M&A solutions that align with their goals.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.


Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: 8-15 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, specifically in managing mid-market transactions (£50-500m EV).
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
