- Lead and Manage M&A Transactions: Oversee the entire M&A process from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Financial Analysis and Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities in mid-market transactions (£50-500m EV).
- Transaction Reports and Recommendations: Develop and present detailed transaction reports, including strategic recommendations and financial modeling tailored to general/conventional mid-market businesses.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide customized M&A solutions that align with their goals.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: 8-15 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, specifically in managing mid-market transactions (£50-500m EV).
- Skills: Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering successful outcomes.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
