THE ROLE:
As an Associate, you will work closely with the Funding Manager and internal teams to deliver lending and saving solutions to our customers. You will play a key role in supporting our dealers with inventory finance facilities and maintaining them. Operational success requires building good relationships with stakeholders across the business though strong communication, attention to detail and a consistency to work you do.

Other duties may be assigned outside of the following duties and
responsibilities:
• Processing inbound documentation diligently, accurately and efficiently against agreed pricing and terms.
• Be the first point of contact with our savings customers on the phone and via email.
• Help customers with the opening and ongoing running of their accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely response to customer queries.
• Met service-level agreements for processes as specified by the Savings Manager.
• Creating outbound documentation to confirm requests for funding directly with customers and third parties
• Activating assets on the system and ensuring correct payment is made in line with agreed SLAs
• Delivering right-first-time actions and services with an error rate of less than 5%
• Analysing daily and monthly reconciliation breaks in line with the Finance and Cash Operations departments to resolve outstanding issues and highlight training needs
• Liaising with internal departments to seek resolution to processing delays thereby aiding customer retention and delivering market-leading customer service
• Adherence to all SOPs necessary to complete tasks required for effective delivery of department objectives
• Completion of any other task requested by line manager that is required to assist in the smooth running of the department and necessary to meet customer needs.

• At least 12 months experience working in a customer call centre in any industry or sector.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to prioritise with a focus on accurate, timely outcomes
• Ability to operate and help motivate in a team-orientated environment
• Customer service experience: financial services, retail, or hospitality
• High numeracy and literacy skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferably degree educated in a numerate discipline
• Customer service excellence
• Complaint handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Your working life will look like
This role is based at our Manchester HQ, your weekly shift pattern will vary between the hours of 08:00- 18:00. You may be required to work across different areas of the business when appropriate. No weekends are required.
