About the team

Our Accounting and Outsourcing team work to support our clients to better run their finance functions, understand their financial position and performance, and to ensure they are compliant with changing accounting and tax legislation. With the relentless pace of technology change our teams advise clients in areas such as process and digitalisation, business performance and financial reporting, while building enduring relationships that positions Mazars as a trusted adviser. Our successful team of more than 250 professionals is growing across all areas including cloud accounting, payroll, financial reporting and company secretarial.

About the role

• This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful International Outsourcing team, where you will be responsible for the portfolio delivery of our international client base.
• You'll deliver a portfolio of International client work and ensure the provision of the highest quality outsourced finance function, building strong and enduring relationships with key stakeholders as part of your day to day delivery.
• Work collaboratively with key members of the team across departments and lead the day to day delivery of excellent levels of client service.
• Work with new prospects to understand their requirements and to onboard them with our standard working practices.
• To build relationships with existing clients in order to identify opportunities for the wider team.
• Work with other departments (e.g. tax, corporate finance and MFP) to ensure all of Forvis Mazars' services are strongly coordinated and opportunities identified.

What are we looking for?

• Experience of working with a portfolio of clients and ensuring the provision of the highest quality outsourced finance function.
• Experience of building strong and enduring relationships with key stakeholders as part of day to day delivery.
• Experience of delivering work to a fixed deadline on a monthly/quarterly basis and ensuring it is of the highest quality and that learning points are actioned.
• Experience of business process improvement.
• Experience of using multiple technology solutions and good excel skills. Experience of NetSuite, Xero, SAP, D365 are of particular relevance.
• A clear understanding and experience of analysis and advisory skills required by high growth international business.
