Management Accountant, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (hybrid working)
£32- £40kpa plus benefits including study support and a bonus potential of up to 20%

Our client, a market leading business, who have a brilliant track record of identifying talent and progressing them through the business into senior roles, are looking to bring on board a talented and driven management accountant, on a permanent basis. This is an additional role for the team, as they enjoy a period of continued growth.

Key Duties:-
* Preparation of monthly management accounts including all journal postings.
* Preparation, manage and deliver cash flow forecasts.
* Debtor management for entities.
* Preparation of periodic financial reporting and variance to budget analysis.
* Preparation and submission of periodic VAT returns.
* Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
* Assist in preparation of statutory accounts.
* Assist with on boarding of new projects.
* Supporting continuous improvements to accounting and reporting processes together with the wider Finance and ERP Development teams.
* Business Partnering for internal reporting and providing information requested in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will ideally be studying towards their finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA) and looking for a business where they can progress. Study support will be on offer as well as a generous financial package.
