Responsibilities
- Working with a small trustee team to manage the operation and governance of a number of small DB schemes
- Assisting with all aspects of trustee meetings (meeting packs, meeting attendance, minutes and action points)
- Being a friendly and trusted first point of contact for clients and scheme members
- Assisting with the drafting and review of scheme documents, such as annual accounts, summary funding statements, newsletters, and scheme returns
Requirements
- Ideally you will have experience of acting in a scheme secretarial/scheme management role
- A good working knowledge of DB schemes, trustees and sponsor, secretarial and governance support
- A strong background within Pension scheme administration of DB schemes
- Previous experience of having worked with clients or attended client meetings
