  • This position supports Medline s Sales Offices/ Commercial FP&A domain
  • The position involves analyzing, investigating and presenting information for management reporting, catering to the Sales Leadership
  • A key aspect of this role involves maintaining and building partnerships with business partners with the intent of providing a deeper understanding of their businesses and their performance based on various metrics and comparatives
  • This includes regular KPI dashboards, forecasting and budgeting as well as ad-hoc requests
  • Participation in central projects also forms part of this role s responsibilities
Required Skills Work experience-Must * 5+ years of relevant work experience in Finance - FP&AIS experience * Experience working with an ERP system - SAP - must; Oracle - plus * Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, Power Query, etc) * Experience and exposure to Alteryx and Tableau is a plusSoft skills Excellent communication skills Ability to communicate strongly and influence without authority Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills Having a continuous improvement mindset Flexibility and a good team player

Responsibilities:
* Analyze financial results, trends and metrics on a periodic basis Communicate and present results to sales office leadership and their teams in the form of in-depth monthly/quarterly business reviews and office hours * Contribute in the budgeting and forecasting activity of the process * Prepare dashboards catering to various sub-segments within the Sales Office and provide valuable commentary about performance * Engage with the sales offices onshore team in order to gain a more complete understanding of the businesses and participate in suggesting value additions to current analysis and reporting * Support the onshore teams in building new deliverables focused on customer reporting, additional sales leadership focus, etc * Increase engagement and support in other Sales Office teams * Support the month end close process when needed * Coach junior team members to understand the business and execute the process * Continually look for opportunities to drive process improvement and automation Educational Qualification * CA with 5+ years of experience
