Purpose of this role:

The purpose of the Financial Manager role at Belgotex is strategic in driving business expansion and innovation reporting to the CFO and CEO. This role practices modern finance principles to shape our financial strategies and operations. This role drives the financial operations and strategy of the organization. With a deep understanding of the company's objectives and leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), this role optimizes our financial processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance to secure the financial health of the organization for the future.
Requirements

• Must be a CA.
• Must have Cost and Management Accounting skills.
• Must have at least 5 years post articles experience in commerce or industry.
• Willing to build a career at Belgotex and report to the CFO who has a wealth of institutional knowledge and
• experience.
• Proven track record in cash flow management, reporting, consolidation, financial modelling, and mitigating financial risks in dynamic business contexts.
• Experience in formulating and supporting the implementation of tactical and strategic plans and managing the capital request and budget processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Assertiveness in this area and your ability to influence is a key requirement of the role.
• *Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
• *Certification in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations is an advantage
