The world's largest transportation and courier conglomerate seeks an experienced and innovative Financial Controller to join their dynamic South African team, based in Johannesburg East.Duties & ResponsibilitiesJob & Company Description:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for executing all group related finance functions.

Duties Include:

• Compile monthly shareholders packs
• Work with business units on monthly reporting packs
• Group cash flow reporting and management
• Due diligence process if required
• Compile investment papers for potential acquisitions and supply support to start up companies or acquisitions
• Evaluate business processes on business units to improve efficiencies and profitability

Education:

• BCom degree in Finance or Accounting

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 3 to 4 years post articles experience within a similar role is essential
• Logistics or courier industry experience beneficial
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills
• Understanding of project finance
• Strong understanding of financial business processes
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Deadline driven
