Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintaining and reconciling all bank accounts
• Lodging bank queries and attending to suppliers' queries
• Producing monthly bank reconciliation statements, and petty cash reconciliation
• Processing paymentsbank
• transfers and cash payments
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Assist with audits
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
• Preparation of management accounts
• Preparation of financial reports
• Assist with budget preparation
• Review and implement financial policies
• Oversee the department of finance day to day activities
• Any other ad hoc duties that maybe assigned from time to time

Desired Experience & Qualification
Desired Work Experience:
3 to 5 years finance experience

Desired Qualification Level:
Degree/Diploma in Accounting
