Are you a meticulous and results-driven professional with a passion for managing accounts and ensuring financial accuracy?Duties & ResponsibilitiesMy client is seeking a dedicated Debtors Controller to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the debtor's book, ensuring timely collections of outstanding payments.
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies with efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
• Preparing monthly reports on debtor status and collection efforts.
• Collaborating with the finance team to improve processes and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Implementing effective credit control procedures to minimize bad debt.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payment.

Requirements:

• Matric qualification.
• Proven experience as a Debtors Controller, managing a book value of over R20 million.
• Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and debt recovery.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
