Duties & Responsibilities
• Matric
• Tertiary Qualification
(added Advantage)
• Drivers licence and own
reliable vehicle
• RE5 (added Advantage)
• 120 FAIS Credits
(added Advantage)
• Ability to work under
pressure
• Strong interpersonal and
communication skills
• Ability to think critically
and problem solve.
Package & Remuneration
• 80/20 Commision split on long term
insurance products (negotiable based
on FA production).
• Start up income of R24,000 spread
over 3 months.
• Up to R16,000 Interest free Tech Loan
• Vesting Bonuses for all New Business
for the first 24 months.
• Annual Bonuses upon achieving targets
• Unique FA friendly Comission Clawback
structure.
• Access to selling Medical and Short
term insurance leads and products
through Sanlam sister companies.

- Providing guidance and recommendations on financial products and strategies.
- Executing and monitoring financial plans and portfolios.
- Creating and maintaining client relationships.
- Conducting market research and analysis.
- Recruiting and soliciting new clients.
