• Process all invoices and reconciliations with accuracy and eligibility for payment.


• Conduct Age Analysis and General Ledger variances.


• Ensure that correct payments are made in a timely manner.


• Ensure proper handling and coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense account and inventory records.


• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12 or equivalent plus NQF Level 6 qualification in accounting.


• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the position of a creditors clerk.


• Solid understanding of account payables.


• Must have good communication and interpersonal relations skills.


• Must be of sober habits, sound integrity, honesty and be able to work overtime when required.
