Duties & Responsibilities
-Maintaining and updating records on Sage Evolution.
-Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock.
-Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records to the Financial Manager.
-Following up on queries from the Financial Manager regarding stock discrepancies.
-Investigate discrepancies in stock vs system quantities.
-Stock Quantity confirmation on items indicated by Finance Manager.
-Developing or improving upon inventory procedures together with Finance Manager.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Min Matric essential
• 2 - 5 years experience in Stock Control essential
• A skilled person who has strong knowledge of processes and procedures, but who is not too senior and who will be willing to be trained and flexible to learn, adjust to changes, etc
• Excellent Maths and Analytical Skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work extended hours.
