Job Description

To lead a team of trade support specialists in the Trading (Markets) environment ensure Traders have the required support to ensure there is preparation of the requirements, monitoring, tracking and validating of manual trades for flow and/or structured/complex products so as to identify, investigate and resolve queries and exceptions, effectively managing the processes and data to ensure that trades can be effectively settled/finalised.

• Are you someone who can:
  · Support the Trading Desk with BAU
  · Perform Trade Lifecycle events on Front Office Requests
  · Oversee all input in generating PnL's & risk values, market data, valuations, etc
  · Build sound relationships based on trust and openness
  · Engineer and leverage processes and technologies to meet business needs
  · Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines
  
  You will be an ideal candidate if you:
  · Have a completed Quantitative Hons degree (within Maths / Physics / Finance disciplines)
  · 5 - 6 years' experience in the Trading Enablement or Market Risk space
  · Banking and leading a team exposure is a must
