Our Client is a leading player in the manufacturing industry, dedicated to innovation, quality, and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join their dynamic team at the manufacturing plant.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to track and report key performance indicators.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Honours degree and completed articles are required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial accounting role within a manufacturing environment or manufacturing plant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
