Are you an experienced Financial Accounts Assistant looking for a rewarding career with long-term prospects? Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently seeking dedicated individuals on behalf of our esteemed client in Northern Ireland Ambulance Service in Belfast

Requirements:
o Membership of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Intermediate Level (NVQ Level 3) or equivalent professional qualification.
OR
o Membership of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Foundation Level (NVQ Level 2) or equivalent professional qualification and a minimum of one year`s experience in a related financial administration environment.
OR
o 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths or equivalent educational qualifications and a minimum of one year`s experience in a related financial administration environment.
OR
o A minimum of two year`s experience in a related financial administration environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
" Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
" Manage staff expense claims, including validation and input into payroll systems.
" Coordinate with various Shared Service Centres for financial operations. "
" Support financial record-keeping by preparing journal entries, including accruals and prepayments.
" Resolve payment-related queries from both internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice as needed.
Working Hours:
o Band 3 - working hours can either be 2 days per week or 3 days per week 9 -5.
