As an Accounts Manager your responsibilities will include:

Providing expert advice on complex financial matters and strategic planning
Overseeing and mentoring a small team of accounting professionals
Also take a lead on development and recruitment with the team
Ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service and satisfaction
Staying updated on industry regulations and driving best practices within the firm
Qualifications and Skills Required:

Experience within a UK Practice Accountancy is essential
Ideally need to hold a ACCA or ACA qualification or similar.
Have the skillset and experience to manage and develop a small team
Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and team members.
A client-focused mindset and a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
