Brook Street are working with a highly reputable chartered accountants. based in Marshfield, who are on the lookout for finance graduates ready to take their next steps in becoming a chartered accountant. This is a three year role with funded progression on your ICAEW exams, as well as support from a mentor on your career path.

What to Expect:

Our client offers a supportive environment to help you become a Chartered Accountant. You will work with clients and colleagues to produce accounts. Trainees receive early responsibility, a variety of tasks, and plenty of challenges. Each trainee is assigned a mentor. Our client provides flexible working arrangements and opportunities for quick career progression.

First Year:

Learn to prepare accounts for different types of businesses.
Assist in audits by testing profit & loss sections.
Complete ICAEW Certificate level modules in various subjects.Second Year:

Improve audit skills and complete audit files with supervision.
Prepare statutory accounts with minimal supervision.
Complete ICAEW Professional Level modules in subjects like Business Strategy and Tax Compliance.Third Year:

Plan and run smaller audits.
Lead an audit team.
Review team members' work and provide feedback.
Complete ICAEW Advanced Level modules.Benefits:
