This is a business-as-usual role, and you'll need to predict the future (financially speaking) like a fortune-teller with a calculator. Develop and manage budgets that even the toughest CFO would applaud. Monitor and manage the company's cash position to ensure they're always in the groove. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring they pass with flying colours (preferably neon). Mentor and support a small finance team, turning novices into number-crunching ninjas.
