We are currently on the lookout for a Management Accountant, for a permanent opportunity within our Global client based in Blackburn with some travel to other sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive finance professional to contribute to the success and growth of the organisation.

THE ROLE

Providing support to the accounting team you will be preparing accurate and comprehensive monthly management accounts, whilst playing a key role in shaping the future of the business.

Key

responsibilities:


Supporting with the production of monthly management accounts, forecasts, and cash flow forecast

Balance sheet reconciliations and a thorough understanding of the statement of comprehensive income

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist in the audit process by preparing necessary documentation and backup.

Support in the production of year-end accounts

Financial input and support for any projects

THE PERSON

Qualified Accountant or actively working towards a financial qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Able to travel

Stakeholder management

Able to work to regular month end deadlines.

Able drive improvements and exceed on delivery.

High level Excel user
