- You will report to the Sr Manager / Manager - Credit
- Your responsibilities will include evaluating the financial state of potential customers, monitoring existing clients, performing risk assessments, determine credit worthiness of applicants, writing detailed reports, and making informed decisions while extending credit
- Credit Assessment: Conduct comprehensive analysis of credit proposals, including business operations, financial statements, performance, and projections to evaluate the creditworthiness of entities.
- Relationship Management: Engage with key management personnel of rated entities to understand their strategy, background, business model, and risks.
- Credit Proposal Preparation: Prepare credit notes and present proposals to lenders to facilitate quick and successful loan sanctions. Ensure adherence to the terms and conditions of each lender.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the end-to-end borrower journey from proposal receipt to loan disbursement. Conduct periodic reviews of customer performance and monitor portfolio quality.
- Risk Mitigation: Take necessary steps for risk mitigation, ensuring compliance with legal and documentation norms. Highlight credit risks and propose mitigating actions to relevant approving authorities.
- Lender Relationship and Product Structuring: Coordinate with lenders for portfolio diversification and profitability. Structure financial products based on applicant requirements in collaboration with lenders.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of credit analysts and associates, including staffing, talent retention, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Reporting and Stakeholder Coordination: Prepare and present regular management information system (MIS) reports on portfolio performance. Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment of objectives.
- Process Efficiency and Automation: Identify opportunities for process efficiency and digitization using tools and technology. Collaborate with operations, product, and tech teams to implement automation solutions.

- CA or MBA in Finance from a premier Institute
- 1-3 years of experience in credit evaluation or fixed income fundamental research with Banks/NBFC/Start- ups/Credit rating agency/Mutual Funds/Insurance companies.
