The Role

This company has strong financial governance and processes with methodical, well established internal controls, workpapers, and monthly reporting guidelines in place.

• Monthly reporting - balance sheet reconciliations, workpapers and full monthly reporting
• Completion and monitoring of taxation including GST, FBT and INC
• Lead
• Co-ordination and management of financial functions, including preparation of draft statutory accounts

About you

You have strong financial accounting experience working within NZ Taxation and reporting standards, with an eye for detail and a methodical and systematic approach.

You will have;

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting / Finance
• 3 years + accounting experience, ideally within a commercial environment
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principals, and NZ Taxation
• Strong IT skills, excel and advanced AIS software
