Reporting to the Head of Decision Support, a proven business partner with strong analytical skills who can use their critical thinking ability and strong commercial acumen to guide, influence, challenge and proactively inform key business decisions that support both the Southern Cross leadership team and their senior leadership teams. The Senior Finance Business Partner - Pet, supports the commercial decisions and financial planning process that enable the Southern Cross Pet Insurance leadership team to achieve strategic objectives.

- A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline, i.e., finance, accounting, actuarial, economics, statistics, mathematics.
- Previous experience in a business partner and analytics role essential, pricing experience beneficial.
- A proven leader who has advanced communication skills and the ability to translate financial concepts across all levels of the business.
- People management experience preferred.
- The ability to build strong, trusted relationships with your business stakeholders and team.
