Client Care Manager
Take ownership of an exciting role, whereby you will work to enhance performance and service excellence across the Banking and Financial Services Group. With a client centric approach, you will support, coach and develop a team of high performing specialist case managers who resolve client disputes and respond to social media enquiries for a range of service products.
You will be a passionate and experienced people leader with an understanding of financial services products. You will possess excellent communication skills, an ability to engage with varying levels of stakeholders, including our executive team and a willingness to provide exceptional client service at all times. Further, you will have the ability to understand internal and external business drivers.

Banking and Financial Services comprises our retail banking and financial services businesses. The group operates predominantly in Australia and is organised into four business divisions: Personal Banking, Wealth Management, Business Banking and Macquarie Leasing. We provide personal banking, wealth management, business banking and vehicle and equipment leasing products and services to retail customers, advisers, brokers, dealer groups and businesses.
