About the role:

As the Finance Business Partner, you'll be a trusted partner to the business, collaborating with various teams to provide comprehensive financial support and insight to the broader business. You'll be responsible for preparation and development of quality Business Intelligence (including financial and management reporting) and for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our reporting systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the relationship with Sales & Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain to provide financial support and analysis;
• Work closely with Data team for integrity of reporting Sales / Financial Reporting;
• Annual planning and forecasting processes;
• Business driver analysis and financial modelling;
• Financial review to understand key impacts and further analysis as required;
• Provide 2IC support to the Financial Planning & Control Manager in relation to FP&A activities.

To be successful in this role you'll:

• Be degree-qualified, with proven experience in business intelligence, analytics and modelling;
• CA/CPA or part-qualified;
• Ideally be familiar with the healthcare industry, but this isn't essential if you have relevant experience within a complex corporate environment;
• Have Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, preferably also with Oracle;
• Have the ability to challenge and question to understand the business needs and find a better outcome.
