Play an integral liaison role in helping our various teams achieve assurance across global transaction reporting.

Joining our Market Operations Division in this permanent role, you will be working in the regulatory operations team who monitoring the completeness and accuracy of the transaction reporting for the APAC, European and North American regions (e.g. ASIC,MIFID, CFTC).

This is a relatively new team within Macquarie, so your ideas will make an impact and help create real change. You will be responsible for overseeing the team's work and providing guidance to the junior members of the team. In addition, you will be responsible for driving improvements in the controls, liaising with various areas of our business (including other operations teams, the Front Office, Compliance and Technology).

With prior management experience in banking operations, you will be able to pick up information quickly and have strong attention to detail as well as the ability to view the bigger picture. Further, an understanding of APAC, European and North American Regulations would be advantageous.
