Accountant required. My client is a well-established accountancy practice based in the Stockport area, and they are seeking a fully-qualified accountant to join their friendly and welcoming team on a full-time basis.

My client work with a wide variety of clients across a number of different industries, and pride themselves on the five-star service that they provide to all of their clients.

Accountant Position Overview

Preparation of statutory accounts for small to medium sized Limited Companies including corporation tax computations.
Preparation of unaudited Accounts for sole traders and partnerships.
Preparation of self-assessment tax returns
Liaising with HMRC on client queries

Suitable candidates will be fully qualified ACA/ACCA and have 3+ years' previous experience working in an accountancy practice.

Accountant Position Requirements

ACA/ACCA fully qualified or QBE
3+ years' previous experience working in an accountancy practice
Ability to work well within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident dealing with clients and communicating with the team

Accountant Position Remuneration

£30,000-£35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
20 days holiday + bank holidays
