Play a pivotal role within a small, dedicated team, where you'll put your finance and accounting expertise to the test, demonstrating your passion for working within a charitable organisation.
In the Finance Manager role, you will be:
Responsible for all aspects of financial management and administration, working with colleagues to ensure the implementation of financial systems and controls
Maintaining financial records, recording transactions, donations, Gift Aid
Managing sales and purchase ledger, invoicing, receipts, banking and payments
Reconciliation, petty cash, income and expenditure records
Processing and maintaining monthly payroll, year end, budgets
Dealing with other administration tasks and enquiries
To be successful in the Finance / Accounts Manager role, you will need:
Proven experience managing finance operations or similar
AAT Qualified (Desirable)
Proficient in financial software including SAGE accounting and Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
This is a permanent position working part time, 25 hours per week and you’ll be based in offices near Colwyn Bay. You’ll be offered an annual salary in the region of £32k (pro-rata for part time which equates to approx. 21k), plus pension and holidays.
