Finance Business Partner - £48,000 to £56,000 + Excellent benefits, Preston (Hybrid)
Our client is a large not for profit organisation that is entering an exciting phase of change, not only in the organisation itself, but in the sector also. To help drive this change we are seeking an experienced finance business partner whom has demonstrable skills in helping businesses grow and develop, but also can mirror the same drive and passion as the existing finance team to encourage change.
Working as part of a wider FP&A finance business partnering team this role will provide the financial support, budget setting, strategic planning and review and operational delivery to various service budget holders.
The Role :
Acting as the finance business partner for the relevant service areas.
Modelling of costs and scenario planning.
Appraisal of business cases, business change proposals and tender submissions.
Ensure the business area adheres to financial regulations.
Support the monthly management accounts and reporting to deliver timely and insightful variance analysis.
Support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes.
The Person :
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA) or a finalist.
Exceptional IT and excel modelling skills are required.
The ability to work with financial and non financial colleagues.
