Head of Finance Systems and Business Partnering - Bolton - £56,000 to £65,000 + Excellent benefits + hybrid working + flexible working

Our client is embarking on a period of change and as a result we require a talented qualified accountant to lead on both systems and finance business partnering. The role will be responsible for a small team and ensure business objectives are met whilst modelling the future sustainability of financial assets.

The Role :

Manage a small team

Manage the Group’s financial systems with providers and the in-house IT function

Support on the development and upgrade of the existing systems

Lead business partnering for the capital programme and investments

Identify and implement performance and value for money initiatives

Ensure sound financial processes, principles and practices are embedded across the business

Undertake strategic modelling and compliance working for major spend

Ensure all capital expenditure is captured and ready for the external audit

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

The Person :

It is essential you are a fully qualified accountant

Proven people manager

Significant experience of systems development and support coupled with advanced IT skills
