Role: Management Accountant

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you will work closely with the wider Finance and Accounting team, whilst maintaining key relationships with wider business functions across the organisation.

How you’ll contribute to the mix:

-Preparation of monthly Management Accounts for UK and Ireland
-Prepare and post accruals and pre-payments
-Fixed Assets, including depreciation, additions/disposals, capital wages
-Process improvement projects
-Year-end audit and Statutory Accounts preparation
-Preparation of Group Accounts
-Production of various internal and external month end reports
-Preparation and posting of journals to the general ledger
-Balance sheet reconciliations

Can you supply our essential ingredients?

-2 to 3 years previous management accounts experience
-Studying towards ACCA/CIMA qualification
-Advanced Excel skills
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels
-Ability to motivate self to achieve deadlines
-Flexible and can-do attitude
-Strong level of attention to detail
-Professional and confident manner
-Previous SAP knowledge/experience would be advantageous
-Movex/M3 software knowledge is desirable, but not essential
