Job Duties:

Provide financial guidance and support to business units
Develop financial forecasts and analysis to support decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business plans and financial strategies
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis

Required Qualifications:

Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
Proven experience in a finance business partnering role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance or accounting
Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting

Knowledge and Skills:

Advanced knowledge of financial principles and practises
Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry
