Russell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our manufacturing client based in Trafford Park.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

The Role:
• Ensure invoice payments debts are collected in time and in line with the customer's terms
• Provide support to the Management Accountant in achieving targets and objectives
• Monitor customers' accounts to identify overdue payments and ensure prompt collection
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
• Issue and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and agreements.
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments via phone, email, and formal letters
• Quarterly customer credit insurance providers
• Laise with credit insurance providers
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aged debt analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate effective communication and resolve payment issues.

The candidate:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge and experience of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processes
• Credit control experience and qualification
• Excellent Microsoft skills
• AAT qualification
• ERP experience
