Role: Semi Senior Management Accountant - Advisory & Assurance Team
Position: Part time, 30 hours a week

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Advisory and Assurance accounts team. We are looking for a confident, honest and friendly individual to work in our accounts team with our client.
The ideal candidate
This role is for someone who is looking to join a tech savvy, forward-thinking team. They should be a confident, approachable individual who has an analytical mind and excellent attention to detail. We are looking for a candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills who can self-manage their workload. Previous bookkeeping and management accountant experience is essential for this position, the minimum requirement for this role is AAT/ACCA or ACA and support will be given to continue your studies in your chosen accountancy qualification. Personal drive and attention to detail is a necessity.
The Role
In this role you will be bookkeeping, preparing management and year end accounts under supervision within the Assurance and Advisory team.
Attending job specific training courses and studying for or continuing your accountancy qualifications.
Desired qualifications/experience for this role
Minimum expectation - accountancy qualification plus financial/accountancy work experience.

Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills
Able to interact effectively with all clients and members of their team
Recognise when support is required and report back to managers
Be able to have a good working relationship with all members of our team
Able to learn, understand and use relevant IT
Able to learn and apply technical knowledge applicable to this role
Be able to organise required self-study outside of work
Additional benefits
* You’re able to work from home up to three days a week (remote and flexible working is available after successful completion of the six-month probation period)
* You get 23 days holiday excluding bank holidays (3 days reserved for Christmas and New Year closure)
* You will be entitled to statutory sick pay, providing you meet the qualifying conditions
* After one year’s service, your contractual sick pay entitlement will increase to one month
