Accounts Receivable Assistant

Full time £24-25,000
*
37.5 hours per week 09.00am to 05.00pm (Monday to Friday)
*
30 mins for lunch and 25 + 8 days holiday per year
*
Based North Scarle
It’s imperative that the successful applicant meets the following criteria
*
Ensure sales invoices are raised in a timely and accurate manner
*
Maintain a low level of debt
*
Good mathematical skills and have the ability to work out and understand queries
*
Fast and accurate data entry skills
*
Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills and able to multitask.
Cash Allocation
*
Allocate incoming cash on a daily basis
*
Process adjustment journals
*
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Invoicing
*
Generate and send out invoices
*
Ensure that invoice requests are raised & sent in a timely manner
Credit Control
*
Generate age debt analysis
*
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
*
Investigate and resolve customer queries
*
Communicate with customers via phone and email
*
Maintain strong relationships with customers
*
Carry out credit control and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
