We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working up to four days per week from home (subject to business requirements).

The Role
As a Credit Controller, you will manage the collection of debts due to our business from customers to aid effective cashflow management.
Specifically, you will ensure the prompt payment of all debt and provide insightful data on expected payment dates.
Managing a ledger of customers, you will ensure the collection of debt is within customer payment terms, minimise overdue debt and highlight any potential debt risk to the Credit Manager.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure an accurate cash flow forecast is maintained
- Liaise with customers and Yusen staff to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly
- Provide accurate and timely cash and debt data to the business to aid decision making
About You
To be considered as a Credit Controller, you will need:
- An understanding of credit control procedures
- Excellent Excel skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
Experience in a credit control and/or finance role would be beneficial to your application, as would a CICM qualification.
