SF are partnered with a well-established Ashby-De-La-Zouch based company to support recruitment for a Payroll Analyst on an interim basis for a minimum of 12 months. This role is an on-site position with room for flexibility. The role would suit an experienced Payroll Manager with strong knowledge of payroll processes and technical skills.

Salary up to £50,000K + Bonus

- Lead and support the processing and reconciliation of a monthly payroll
- Working closely with the payroll team, business and HR team to improve processes and procedures
- Undertake the day-to-day management of the payroll team when the Payroll Manager is absent
- Providing / Creating training opportunities for junior payroll staff
- Supporting the Payroll and People Services Manager with cross-functional business initiatives
- Use reporting & analysis skills to complete the delivery of reports requested by stakeholders

As the Payroll Advisor you will be Chartered institute of payroll professionals (CIPP) or equivalent. Competitive day rate or contracted salary
