A company is looking for a Director with significant professional experience (8 years minimum), in Financial Industry.
The ideal candidates will need to have substantial practical and successful experience and proven track record in managing and leading Operations in Banking or Financing company and have a deep knowledge and understanding about the regulations and policy. The candidates will also be able to demonstrate an ability, with appropriate support to source business opportunities and play a significant role in the expansion of company business.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage Operations team and activities which aligned with the regulations and corporate values and goals.
- Provide leadership, direction and management to the Operations and Back Office team.
- Provide the strategic recommendation to the Shareholder and/or Owner.
- Direct and review the on-going efforts to achieve the most effective business strategy and method.
- Initiate and develop the strategic of operations team and annual business plan to determine key priorities.
- Determine improvement targets and implement action plan and measure results.
- Review and control annual and monthly budget and its implementation.
- Communicate and engage with all stakeholders.
- Foster teamwork spirit and create a workplace culture among employees consistent with corporate values.
- Continually monitor Operations team activity and targets.
- Standardized procedures and ensure they are complied with the regulations and documented.
- Ability to travel or relocate as required by management.
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Management/Law or equivalent, Master Degree is preferred.
- Have 8 years experiences in Financial Industry, such as but not limited to Banking and Financing company.
- Have 5 years experiences in managerial level position.
- Have and experiences in NBFC.
- Have a wide connection with the stakeholders and regulators in the industry.
- Have a deep knowledge and understanding regarding the regulations in the Financial Industry.
- Have a deep knowledge and understanding regarding NBFC.
