My client is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their Bolton Office. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business with excellent working culture and exposure opportunities. This role will work alongside the existing finance function, you will be responsible for taking control of both the AP and AR functions on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
Process payments and invoices.
Credit Control.
Petty Cash, Credit Card & Bank Reconciliation.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
Perform data entry and filing duties.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Supplier Payments.
PA to the Director.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience within an accounts setting
Experience with Sage
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time-keeping skills
High attention to detail and able to take ownership of their role
Good IT and MS Excel skills
