FMCG business located in West London, Surrey are recruiting for a Head of Finance, (Part-time, 3 days or 5 short days a week). This is a superb business with a strong caring family, caring culture. Your new role
As the Head of Finance, you will join a dynamic business and play a pivotal part in steering the financial direction of the group. Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and leading the reporting.
Key duties will include: Manage and lead a team of 2. Drive the financial performance of the company by identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost-saving. Management and KPI reporting
Overseeing the preparation and filing of the statutory accounts. Leading the budgeting and forecasting. Intercompany accounting Ensuring compliance and financial regulations are in place Intrastat reporting and stock accounting Overseeing VAT, Tax
and payroll Take the lead on the ERP systems from an accounting perspective
Liaising with auditors and external bodies like HMRC

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified Accountant who has worked in a large commercial business. Strong ERP systems skills Experience working in a group business. Exposure to stock accounting is advantageous.

What you'll get in return
A salary level of £65,000 to £70,000
Part-time hours 3 days a week or 5 short days.
If 3 days office based, opportunity for hybrid, 5 shorter days, with scope to work hybrid
