As an Accountant at GRJ Group, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our site. Your primary responsibilities will include handling all site finances, tracking daily expenses, maintaining accurate accounts and records, and managing cash transactions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our site and supporting our overall financial strategy.

- *Financial Management:* Oversee and manage all site finances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- *Expense Tracking:* Monitor and track daily expenses, ensuring all expenditures are documented and justified.

- *Account Maintenance:* Maintain proper accounts and records, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and up-to-date.

- *Cash Handling:* Manage cash transactions, including handling large amounts of cash with precision and care.

- *Reporting:* Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.

- *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, and assist with internal and external audits as needed.

- *Collaboration:* Work closely with other departments and team members to support overall business operations and financial objectives.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*

- *Proficiency in Tally:* Strong knowledge and experience with Tally accounting software.

- *Organizational Skills:* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- *Attention to Detail:* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping and reporting.

- *Team Player:* Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

- *Cash Handling:* Comfortable and experienced with handling large amounts of cash.

*Education and Experience:*

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
