Responsibilities

Ensure accurate feedback of progress to site senior management on timely basis.

Proactively resolve recurring issues to ensure timely resolution and coordination with other teams.

Periodically review overall compliance with regulatory/statutory norms and SOPs

Determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions, by reviewing MIS/financial statements.

Drive high productivity of site workforce through optimal staffing and manpower scheduling.

Ensure smooth coordination across all departments by conducting meetings of the concerned teams and resolving any outstanding issues.

Ensure timely closure of any outstanding Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) as reported by internal/external audits.

Proactive relationship management with all stake holders.

Ensure external provider's management and performance evaluation

Post-award monitoring and contracts management for orders on vendors/ External providers at site.

Qualifications

Qualification : B.E/ B.Tech- Civil/ Electrical

Experience : 6-10 Years
