We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate financial records. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis
• Stay updated with accounting principles, industry trends, and regulatory changes
