Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Manager-Risk Assurance. The Associate Manager-Risk Assurance will be responsible for reviewing and transforming business processes in industries like FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Automobiles, Heavy Engineering, Oil Refineries, Renewable Energy, Chemicals, Animal Healthcare, and Diagnostic Equipment's. The Associate Manager-Risk Assurance will assess gaps and propose automated and robust solutions to improve processes, strengthen controls, and increase efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CMA with 6 months to 18 months of Experience
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment and management
• Experienced in developing and implementing risk management strategies
• Ability to identify and mitigate risk across various business functions and processes
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working in a high-pressure environment to meet tight deadlines
• Good understanding of financial, operational, and regulatory risks
