Job Profile in Brief:

Drive the entire accounting & finance function for the organization



Responsibilities:


• Review books of accounts and responsible for Monthly/Yearly book closure on timely basis

• Own revenue reconciliation, recognition & collection process

• Responsible for Vendor management (payments, proper GST collection, commercials negotiation, tax deductions).

• Prepare financial statements, BRS and other tax reconciliations monthly, quarterly and annually.

• Review and update SOPs for Finance process time to time to build strong Internal Financial Controls.

• Ensure adherence to AOP by all departments.

• Maintain financial database accuracy, quality, and reliability with all accounting principles and policies.

• Comply all statutory compliances including Income Tax, GST, TDS, MCA etc.

• Responsible for timely completion of Statutory and tax audit by Big 4

• Handle all communications with tax departments.

• Should have the zest and enthusiasm to work with a progressive start-up and be a part of the growth story

• Experience with fintech (preferable)

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

• Good Team Management, Analytical skills
