What you are expected to do:

1. Candidate Sourcing:
  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels including
  • Screen resumes based on Dezerv's business criteria and applications to identify right profiles

2. Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Communicate interview details to candidates and manage interview logistics

3. Database Management:
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure all candidate data is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Job Postings:
  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various portals including LinkedIn
  • Monitor the performance of job postings and make recommendations for improvements

5. Candidate Communication & Experience:
  • Be transparent with candidates about current status and proactively communicate delays to ensure that the candidate experience remains top notch
  • Follow up with candidates on application status and interview feedback
