Key
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining books and records of AIF funds.
- Assist in Preparing financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics.
- Assist in Calculating carried interest/performance/incentive fees.
- Assist in Preparing calculations and investor allocations for capital calls, distributions
- Coordinating and/or processing payments and other transactions.
- Identifying and escalating any material issues affecting service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and applications.
- hands-on experience with MS Office tools (excel, word, PP)
- Conceptual understanding of Private Equity and AIF
